Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of October and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel vats.
Ageing
The wine ages for six months in steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Refreshing, aromatic and fairly complex, with excellent structure and lively acidity.
Label / history
The Mofete range comprises three wines. Its name comes from the scientific term for gas emissions during a volcanic eruption.
