About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes come from the estate’s younger vineyards, where the vines are around 25 years old. They grow on clay-limestone soils. The vineyard slopes form a natural amphitheatre that protects the vines from temperature fluctuations and sudden changes in the weather.

Vinification

After an initial maceration, the must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.

Ageing

The wine matures for two years in 3,000-litre Slavonian and French oak casks. The two batches are blended before bottling, followed by another year in the cellar.

Tasting profile

Mature and firm on the palate.
