Floral fragrances meet balsamic notes of fresh herbs. Citrus, anise and ginger shape the palate, with marine nuances in the background.
Serving and pairing
Serve the 2025 vintage at 12–14°C. Suitable as an aperitif and with grilled fish, fried calamari or fish soup.
