Label / history

This interpretation of Orvieto Classico was created for the premium Collezione Oro line through a collaboration between Mario Piccini, the fourth generation of the Piccini family, and Riccardo Cotarella, an oenologist from the Orvieto area. A special silk-screened bottle design evoked the blue tones and carefree atmosphere of summer; the decoration was applied directly to the glass using a traditional silk-screen technique adapted to reduce the firing temperature and associated energy consumption.
