Tuscan Trebbiano is grown on silty-clay soil containing rocks.
Grapes
100% Trebbiano.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into crates and subsequently sorted manually. Vinification involves six months of prolonged skin contact in cocciopesto amphora.
Ageing
The technical sheet specifies 12 months of ageing, while the wine page describes nine months in amphora.

First produced in 2022, with a production of 1,400 bottles.
Label / history
The name refers to Angelo Ambrogini, known as Poliziano, and his poem “Le Stanze per la Giostra,” written to celebrate Giuliano de’ Medici’s victory in the joust. The Carletti family created the wine as an experimental interpretation of Trebbiano, a traditional Tuscan variety.
