Vinification
The grapes are pressed directly to produce the rosé.
Ageing
The wine matures for 6 months in stainless steel followed by 3 months in bottle.
Technical data
IGT Toscana Rosato. Production is 6,000 bottles.

Delicate in colour, with freshness and aromatic purity. The palate is precise, characterful and gastronomic.
