The fruit comes from the producer’s vineyards, planted on sandy, limestone-rich soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and pressed at the winery. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine is aged in oak barrels.
