Vineyard and terroir
The Glera grapes are grown on the hills of Veneto.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed. The resulting must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve its fresh citrus aroma. Secondary fermentation takes place in tanks using the Charmat method.
Tasting profile
Delicate and elegant, with a fruity aroma of apple, pear and citrus. Fine bubbles accompany a refreshing palate with gentle acidity and a long finish.

Pair with light appetizers, fish or seafood.
