The fruit is grown in the Prosecco-producing area of Veneto.

The wine is made from selected fruit.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested early to retain acidity and a vibrant aroma, then gently pressed. The clear juice ferments in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation follows the Italian Charmat method in sealed autoclaves.
Ageing
The wine rests in sealed autoclaves following secondary fermentation.

Refreshing, with fresh acidity and a vibrant aroma.
