Vineyard and terroir
The Nebbiolo is grown according to organic-farming methods, with certification by Ecogruppo Italia.
Grapes
100% Nebbiolo.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected, hand-harvested into perforated crates, destemmed and crushed. Fermentation proceeds spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks, following natural vinification methods.
Ageing
The wine is generally matured in cement until bottling. In some vintages it receives a brief passage in large oak casks.
Tasting profile
Ruby red with garnet highlights. Intense, harmonious aromas combine red berries with rose and violet. Fruit remains prominent on the palate, which closes with a dry, clean finish.
Vintage notes
The maturation approach can vary: most vintages remain in cement until bottling, while some spend a short period in large oak casks.
