About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the provinces of Modena and Bologna in Emilia-Romagna.
Vinification
After harvest, the whole bunches are gently pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is bottled under pressure.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish, white meat, cheeses or vegetable salads.
