About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Neviglie at an altitude of 300–450 m.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in late August, carefully sorted and gently pressed. The filtered must is transferred to an autoclave and fermented under 6 bar of pressure. The wine is filtered again before undergoing a secondary fermentation in a large vat.
