About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Nebbiolo fruit grows in the Langhe area at approximately 400 metres above sea level, on clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are usually harvested in late September. After a brief skin maceration, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a low, controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine matures for several months in steel tanks. After bottling, it rests for an unspecified period in the winery’s cellars.
Tasting profile
Elegant and refreshing.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with white meats, fish, seafood and cheeses.
Label / history
Annual production is approximately 5,000–6,000 bottles.
