About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
Sauvignon Blanc is grown in the La Stella vineyard at an average elevation of 520 metres. The vines are 20 years old.

Sauvignon Blanc.
Vinification
Harvest takes place in mid-August during the first hours of dawn. The grapes are immediately destemmed and crushed, then gently pressed without added sulfur. The must settles naturally for 24 hours before alcoholic fermentation in small containers.
Ageing
Maturation takes place in steel and cement.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 8–10°C.
