About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes come from the Prosecco production area in Veneto, northeastern Italy. The deep soils consist of conglomerates of rock and sand, with abundant clay and iron.

Grapes

85% Glera; the remaining 15% comprises Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and other complementary grape varieties.

Vinification

Carefully selected grapes are pressed, after which the juice is frozen to preserve a continuing supply of high-quality cuvée. Before the sparkling-wine stage, must and white wine are blended and undergo a second fermentation in pressurized tanks using the Charmat method. The process lasts approximately one month, creating a fine perlage while retaining the varieties’ fruit aromas.

Technical data

Prosecco DOC. Bottle format: 0.75 L.

Tasting profile

Light straw yellow. The Italian description combines delicate white flowers with apple, pear and exotic fruit, while the English description instead presents wild strawberry and blackcurrant followed by caramel. The palate is fresh and fruity, with fine bubbles and a lively, juicy finish.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 7–9°C. Suitable as an aperitif with cold dishes or fried foods, and alongside risotto or mildly spicy dishes.
