About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes originate in the Prosecco region of northeastern Italy and the wine is produced entirely at the Poderi Ducali estate in Veneto. Vineyards lie at 100–250 m on deep soils made up of rock-and-sand conglomerates rich in clay and iron.
Grapes
90% Glera and 10% Pinot Nero. Pinot Nero contributes elegance, finesse and its own aromatic character to the sparkling blend.
Vinification
Selected Glera and Pinot Nero grapes are pressed separately. Only part of the resulting must undergoes alcoholic fermentation, while the balance is stored at 0°C to retain a quality cuvée well beyond harvest. Before prise de mousse, must and wine are blended and refermented with selected yeasts in pressurized tanks according to the Charmat method. The process lasts approximately two months, preserving fruit aromas and developing a refined perlage.
Technical data
Prosecco DOC. Alcohol: 11%.
Tasting profile
Very fine, persistent bubbles and a light pink color. The nose is markedly fruity, recalling wild strawberries and confectionery. Fresh and fruity on the palate, with fine perlage and a lively, juicy finish.

Serve as an aperitif with cold dishes or fried foods. It also pairs with risotto and mildly spiced dishes.
