About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Prosecco production area in Veneto. Its deep soils consist of conglomerated rock and sand, with abundant clay and iron.
Grapes
85% Glera; the remaining 15% comprises Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and other complementary grape varieties.
Vinification
After pressing selected grapes, the juice is frozen so that a high-quality cuvée remains available over time. Before prise de mousse, must and white wine are assembled and refermented in pressurized tanks using the Charmat method. The process lasts approximately one month, refining the perlage while retaining the varieties’ fruit character.
Technical data
Prosecco DOC. Available in a 0.75 L bottle.
