About this wine

Vinification

Selected grapes from five varieties are harvested by hand and dried for four months. The drying process removes a significant amount of moisture, concentrating the grapes’ sugars, aromas and flavours. Fermentation follows.

Ageing

The wine matures in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by additional ageing in bottle. This softens its texture and develops complex spice notes.

Tasting profile

Ripe cherry, dried fruit and warm spices on the nose lead to a rich, velvety and layered palate. A delicate mineral note accompanies a long, expressive finish.

Serving and pairing

Pairs with mature, full-flavoured cheeses, roast game, or beef with aromatic herbs.
