About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from three sites in Valpolicella Classica, planted with vines more than 60 years old.
Vinification
Produced only in the best vintages, the grapes are harvested by hand and naturally dried using the traditional appassimento method, concentrating their aromas, flavours and structure.
Ageing
The wine matures first in barriques and subsequently in bottle, developing greater depth, complexity and roundness.
Tasting profile
Powerful yet refined, with concentrated fruit, a rich texture and distinctive minerality. The wine is serious, layered and contemplative in character.
