About this wine

Vinification

After harvest, the grapes dry for approximately six months in specially ventilated rooms to preserve their aromas and sweetness and develop greater depth and structure. They are then gently pressed, and the must is fermented.

Ageing

The wine matures for 36 months in large French and Slovenian oak casks, followed by at least eight months in the cellar after bottling.

Label / history

Vigneto Arano takes its name from the small village of Contrada Arano, near Cellore d'Illasi.
