The production area is Piedmont.
Grapes
Moscato, an aromatic white grape variety.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested manually with selective picking and undergo soft pressing. The must is stored at 0 °C until secondary fermentation in pressurized tanks. The sparkling wine is made by the Martinotti method.
Tasting profile
A fragrant mousse accompanies expressive aromas reminiscent of freshly picked grape clusters.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif, with dessert or on its own at any time. Cellar life is 2–3 years.
