The fruit comes from Scrimaglio’s own vineyards in the heart of the Langhe.
Vinification
Carefully selected grapes are harvested and fermented in stainless-steel tanks to preserve their aromatic character and acidity.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless-steel tanks, followed by a short period in bottle to develop its structure and bouquet.
