About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay grows in Piedmont, where the climate, soils and vineyard exposure provide favourable conditions for the variety.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed on arrival at the winery. The free-run must is fermented and held at low temperature until secondary fermentation, which takes place under pressure in a temperature-controlled tank according to the traditional Charmat-Martinotti method.
Ageing
The wine remains on its lees for an extended period.
Tasting profile
Young and lively, it has an intense, aromatic nose showing clear Chardonnay character. The palate is clean and fresh, with good structure and a pleasantly soft texture.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif.
