About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, then crushed and destemmed. Traditional vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to preserve the fruit aromas and balance.
Ageing
The wine rests for four months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by two months in bottle.
Tasting profile
The aroma is expressive and fruit-led. The palate is fresh, elegant and complex, with balanced structure and a pleasantly creamy texture.
Label / history
The name Foréstè translates as “foreigner.”
