About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested only at optimal ripeness. After destemming and gentle pressing, the must ferments in stainless-steel tanks at approximately 28 °C, followed by traditional maceration in contact with the skins and seeds. Malolactic fermentation follows.
Ageing
The wine ages in Slavonian oak barrels for nine months, then matures briefly in bottle before release.
