About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown using the Guyot training system in one of South Tyrol’s oldest vineyards, at 350–450 m above sea level on deep sandy loam soils.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for six months in large and small oak barrels.
