About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are selected and grown in Alto Adige.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested fully ripe and taken to the winery, where they are carefully sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine is aged for 5–7 months.
Tasting profile
An elegant dry white.
Serving and pairing
Suited to fish dishes, grilled vegetables, cheese and asparagus. It can also be served as an aperitif.
Label / history
The Kössler winery lies in the medieval village of San Paolo, in the Tyrolean wine region. Its winemaking history dates back to 1631. In 2005 Kössler was acquired by the Cantina Produttori San Paolo (St. Pauls) cooperative, which continues to produce its wines.
