Vinification
The grapes are harvested at full ripeness, carefully sorted and gently pressed. Maceration and fermentation take place in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in large and small oak casks and barriques.

Rich and intense on the palate, with soft tannins and a persistent finish.

Pairs with classic meat dishes, game, game birds and mature cheeses.
Label / history
Kössler is based in the medieval village of San Paolo, in the heart of the Tyrolean wine region. Its winemaking history dates to 1631. In 2005, Kössler was acquired by the Cantina Produttori San Paolo (St. Pauls) cooperative, which continues its winemaking tradition.
