Vineyard and terroir
The Merlot comes from estate vineyards in the Bolgheri production area. The vines grow in sandy-clay soil and are trained using the double-Guyot system, at a density of 6,200 plants per hectare.

Vinification
The rosé is produced by vinifying Merlot as a white wine. Part of the fruit otherwise destined for red wine is picked early, helping preserve and accentuate its freshness and fruit character. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats.
Ageing
Maturation takes place in stainless steel.
Technical data
Alcohol: 13% vol. The first vintage was 2013, and the stated ageing potential is up to five years.
Tasting profile
The 2025 vintage has an antique, onion-skin pink colour. Red apple, pomelo, cherry and rosehip aromas are joined by subtle herbal and saline nuances. Freshness and salinity shape the palate, softened by a creamy texture.
