About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in Trentino-Alto Adige and are deeply rooted in clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are promptly transported to the winery, sorted, crushed and pressed. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees for several months.
