About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Merlot vineyards lie at 250–300 m above sea level on sandy loam soils.
Vinification
The wine is made by traditional red vinification. The must ferments first in stainless-steel tanks before being gently transferred to large oak barrels for malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages for six months in large oak barrels.
Tasting profile
The aroma is intense and fruity.
Label / history
Cantina Terlano and Cantina Andrian formed an alliance in 2008. Cantina Andrian’s historic achievements include producing a Lagrein that was among the first wines aged there in barriques.
