About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, then sorted and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages for 12 months, with up to 70% kept in large oak barrels and around 30% in barriques. About one third of the barrels are new. Three months before bottling, the components are combined in a single tank and left to rest.
