About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Kreuth vineyard, situated at 250–420 m in the western part of the municipality of Terlano and overlooking Merano.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, carefully selected and gently pressed as whole clusters. Fermentation proceeds slowly at a controlled temperature in 30 hl oak barrels, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures on its lees for eight months in wooden barrels.

Elegant and complex, with an inviting aroma, creamy texture and excellent acidity.
