About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at 250–300 metres above sea level.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks, with gentle daily bâtonnage. Malolactic fermentation follows.
Ageing
The wine ages in large oak barrels for 20 months.
