About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The vineyards lie at mid-elevation, particularly on the Montigl plateau. Southern exposure and regular evening breezes support ripening.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed. Slow, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks, with gentle stirring of the must, followed by malolactic fermentation.

Ageing

The wine matures for 7–10 months in large wooden barrels.

Tasting profile

Bright and very elegant, with berry notes on the palate.

Serving and pairing

Serve in Burgundy wine glasses.
