About this wine
Grapes
Pinot Bianco provides the cuvée’s base, acidity and freshness. Chardonnay contributes softness, while Sauvignon Blanc adds a distinctive aromatic note.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo slow fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees for 5–7 months in steel vessels. The components are blended one month before bottling.
Tasting profile
Fresh, with good acidity and softness, and a distinctive aromatic note from the Sauvignon Blanc.

The wine has been produced since Cantina Terlano was founded.
