About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are situated at 600–950 m above sea level, with south- and southwest-facing slopes that provide abundant sunlight throughout the growing season. The grapes are allowed to ripen fully.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted. Fermentation proceeds slowly in large oak casks under constant temperature control, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine ages on its fine lees for 12 months in oak casks.
