About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes come from the area defined by the Dolcetto d’Alba production specification. The vineyards have calcareous-clay soil, vertical trellising and Guyot pruning. Maximum yield is 9 tons/ha.

Grapes

100% Dolcetto.

Vinification

Harvesting is entirely manual and takes place during the second and third ten-day periods of September. The grapes are destemmed and crushed, then undergo alcoholic fermentation at a controlled 24–26°C with 4–6 days of skin contact. Malolactic fermentation is completed.

Ageing

The wine matures for 3–4 months in steel tanks before bottling.

Technical data

Available vintage: 2025. Alcohol: 13% vol.

Tasting profile

Ruby red with violet reflections. The nose is fresh and fruity. Dry and harmonious on the palate, with a pleasant almond aftertaste.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 16–18°C. Drink young, within approximately two years. Pair with simple starters, pasta and risotto; it is designed to accompany everyday cooking.
