About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from hillside vineyards in Entiklar, at 260–320 m above sea level. The soils consist of limestone and gravel, and the vines are 40 years old on average.
Vinification
Malolactic fermentation takes place in French barriques, 40% of them new.
Ageing
The wine rests for 11 months in French barriques and stainless-steel tanks.

Label / history
The Linticlarus range is produced only in years when the vineyards yield an exceptional harvest. Its name derives from Castrum Linticlar, a fortress built by the Romans whose ruins stand on the winery’s land.
