About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The wine comes from Tenuta Valleselle, a country house in the hills above Lake Garda, near Bardolino. The villa is surrounded by 12 hectares of vineyards and olive groves belonging to Tinazzi.
Vinification
The wine follows an old recipe known since Antiquity. After harvest the must is fermented without the grape skins.
Tasting profile
Light, smooth taste with a pleasant aroma.
Serving and pairing
Suited to grilled trout, tuna, chicken, young cheeses, and dishes made with eggs or asparagus.
Label / history
The Tinazzi family bought the Tenuta Valleselle estate in 1986 and restored it. It now receives guests, who can taste wines from the cellar, explore the vineyards and hold celebrations there.
