About this wine

Origin: Vigneto Alto in San Peretto di Negrar, 280 m above sea level, south-east exposure.

Grapes: 45% Corvina, 30% Corvinone and 25% Rondinella.

Vines: 75–90 years old; Pergola Veronese, approximately 3,300 vines/ha.

Aging: 90 months in total — 40 months in new 225 L barriques and 50 months in 25 hl barrels. Bottled after nine years of aging and held for a further two years in bottle.

Production: approximately 3,500 bottles.

Serving temperature: 18–20°C.
