Tasting profile
The wine shows a luminous, mature garnet colour with orange reflections and delicate transparency. Its intense bouquet features ripe red fruit, particularly cherry and plum, accompanied by floral nuances, restrained spice and mineral notes characteristic of volcanic soil.
The palate is elegant, structured and well balanced, with velvety tannins and vivid acidity. The finish is persistent and harmonious.
