About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of September and then pressed. The juice is clarified and cold-settled before temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. A second fermentation takes place under pressure.
Ageing
After bottling, the wine rests for three months.
