About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
Fruit comes from selected hillside vineyards in the Langhe. The sedimentary terrain consists of marl and limestone with a notable proportion of sand; vineyard exposure also contributes to grape quality.
Grapes
65% Arneis, 30% Chardonnay and 5% other varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and gently crushed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place without skin contact for 15 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
No ageing is planned. This is a vintage wine prepared for bottling at the beginning of the year following harvest.
Tasting profile
Straw yellow in colour, with aromas of wildflowers and tropical fruit. The palate is fresh and balanced.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12 °C. Suitable as an aperitif and with fish or vegetable dishes.
