About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Barbera comes from vineyards in the broad Piemonte production area, where this indigenous variety is widely cultivated.
Grapes
100% Barbera.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and gently crushed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at no more than 18 °C. Skin contact lasts 5–8 days according to the vintage.
