About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from selected vineyards on the hills around Acqui Terme. The terrain and exposure favour small berries with pronounced aromatic character. Yield varies from one vintage to another.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and crushed. After brief contact with the skins, the must is cooled immediately and softly pressed. Alcoholic fermentation proceeds in temperature-controlled autoclaves. Refrigeration stops fermentation at approximately 6% alcohol and 100 g/L residual sugar, followed by sterile filtration and bottling.

Alcohol: 6–7% vol., depending on vintage. Residual sugar at arrested fermentation: approximately 100 g/L.
Tasting profile
Pink with ruby highlights, a fine perlage and persistent foam. The aromatic bouquet recalls roses and strawberries. The palate is naturally lively, sweet and fresh.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10 °C. Pair with desserts or pour for celebrations and at the end of a meal.
