About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Cortese comes from mid-slope vineyards in the province of Alessandria. Their exposure and calcareous-marl soils favour high-quality fruit. Yield is 80 hl/ha.

100% Cortese.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and immediately subjected to very gentle crushing.
