About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from vineyards in Piedmont.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested mechanically once they reach optimal ripeness. The must is vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, following the traditional method for dry white wines.
Serving and pairing
Suited to an aperitif. It pairs with light appetizers, fish, poultry, soft cheeses and pasta.
