About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown around Cervignano del Friuli.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested mechanically and gently pressed, then macerated on the skins for one day at 5 °C to extract aromas. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18–20 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures on its lees in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with a refined aroma and a balanced palate.
Label / history
The Zonin family acquired Tenuta Ca' Bolani in 1970.
