About this wine
Vinification
The Glera grapes are gently pressed. The must undergoes two fermentations: the first at a controlled temperature and the second by the Italian, or Charmat, method in large stainless-steel tanks. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is bottled immediately under pressure.
